Heat generators with automatic fuel supply

     A feature of the operation of heat generators with automatic fuel supply is the high-temperature vortex combustion of biofuel, which ensures a high combustion coefficient and increases the efficiency of the unit as a whole.

     The operation of heat generators is automated. The fuel supply is monitored and regulated by the controller, which ensures the stability of the air temperature set by the operator at the exit from the heat generator. Any chopped biomass can be used as fuel: wood chips, straw, sawdust, MDF dust, pellets, waste from grain cleaning, etc., and the moisture content of the fuel can reach up to 25%.

     Depending on the type and configuration of the heat generator, the scope of delivery of heat generators with automatic fuel supply may include:

  • Heat generator;
  • Fuel hopper;
  • The main fan;
  • Blower fan;
  • Fuel fan;
  • Smoke exhauster;
  • Control panel.
