Ukrainian Technological Systems offers a series of automated heat generators "Dragon" for modernization of existing or equipping new grain dryers. The heat output of automated heat generators ranges from 50 kW to 8,000 kW in a single unit. We manufacture more powerful heat generators on an individual order.
The operation of the heat generators is automated. The fuel supply is monitored and regulated by the controller, which ensures the stability of the air temperature set by the operator at the outlet of the heat generator.
Any shredded biomass can be used as fuel: wood chips, straw, sawdust, MDF dust, pellets, grain cleaning waste, etc.
Due to the presence of heat exchangers in the design of the heat generators, grain drying is carried out with clean hot air blown by a fan from the environment. The heat carrier does not come into contact with combustion products, and therefore our equipment ensures high environmental friendliness of grain during the drying process.
Depending on the design features and model of the heat generator, the scope of delivery may include:
